This project focused on redesigning key pages of Micron’s website to increase user traffic, improve functionality, and ensure compliance with WCAG 3.0 accessibility standards. The redesign aimed to create a more engaging, accessible, and user-friendly experience for Micron’s diverse audience, including aspiring technologists and DEI professionals.

Research Discovery
The Problem
A baseline assessment of the website revealed several challenges:
- High Bounce Rate: Users were leaving quickly, especially on mobile devices.
- Unresponsive Design: The site was not optimized for multiple screen sizes.
- Lack of Accessibility: The website did not meet WCAG 3.0 standards, limiting usability for individuals with disabilities.

Research Process
- Website Audit: Assessed usability, accessibility, and feature functionality.
- Data Analytics Review: Evaluated traffic trends and bounce rates to identify underperforming areas.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Defined scope based on business priorities and user feedback.

Redesign Strategy Based on User Personas
Persona 1: Cynthia (DEI Program Manager)
- Goal: Find resources, case studies, and best practices to implement DEI initiatives.
- Challenges: Struggles to navigate complex organizational structures and gain leadership buy-in.

Solution: The DEI Page was structured to prioritize resource libraries, leadership content, and case studies to assist DEI professionals in staying ahead of trends.
Persona 2: Alex (Aspiring Technologist & STEM Student)
- Goal: Discover internship opportunities and career pathways at Micron.
- Challenges: Needs clear guidance on navigating applications and company culture.

�Solution: The Career Page was optimized with filters for internships, co-ops, and job opportunities, ensuring easy access to relevant career information.
